No Return & No Exchange Policy

We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all products available on our website, including co-ord sets, gowns, dresses, festive wear, and luxe collections.

Order Processing & Delivery

• All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or message

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception)

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video.

Such cases will be reviewed by our team, and resolution will be provided at our sole discretion.

Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable as we do not accept returns or exchanges

• In approved exceptional cases (damaged/incorrect product), refunds or replacements will be processed after verification

• Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original mode of payment

• Products once delivered are considered accepted in good condition

• Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture are natural and not considered defects
